When registering an account on nbig33, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You warrant that all information you provide is truthful and undertake to update it promptly should any material change occur.

4.1 — Identity Verification (KYC)

The Company is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (IC), Driver's Licence, or Passport (not expired).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbig33 Platform. Engagement in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including real money deposits where fraud has been established), and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting falsified verification documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing cards or strategy signals in live dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner that violates their stated terms, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or using software to identify and exploit bonus edge cases.

• Loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses resulting from your voluntary financial decisions, including wagers placed and lost on the Platform.
• Damages resulting from third-party system failures, including payment processor outages or telecommunications disruptions.
• Any malfunction or inaccuracy of any information provided on the Platform that is caused by the Player's own equipment, software, or internet connectivity.

Where applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of certain types of liability, the limitations above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.

14.1 — Voluntary Account Closure

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
